We are developing another urban rehabilitation project in Almada, this time in an old neighborhood bakery that will be transformed into a residential building with 5 apartments. This project, carried out by Meca Construções, is another initiative by Metathesis that combines heritage preservation with contemporary comfort.

While maintaining structural elements that tell the story of the space, the project reinterprets the original use of the building with modern and functional solutions, contributing to the revitalization of the city’s urban fabric. An example of how rehabilitation can offer quality housing without compromising the identity of the place.
The first apartments are scheduled for completion in December 2025.
