A interven\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objectivo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 de melhoramento construtivo, mas, acima de tudo, arquitet\u00f3nico.<\/p><p>Na mesma localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, existem im\u00f3veis de diferentes \u00e9pocas arquitectonicas. O projecto assumiu e intensificou esses diferentes tempos na mesma propriedade. O tom vermelho assume a modernidade da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, tanto no al\u00e7ado principal como tardoz, em conjuga\u00e7\u00e3o com o volume da claraboia da escada comum.<\/p><p>Redimensionou-se a altura do edif\u00edcio de forma a compatibilizar-se com a edifica\u00e7\u00e3o do lado esquerdo (a nascente) com o alinhamento da c\u00e9rcea, apesar do desn\u00edvel da rua ser contr\u00e1ria ao data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Por outro lado, esta interven\u00e7\u00e3o visou uma maior integra\u00e7\u00e3o urbana na envolvente, reduzindo o impacto do edif\u00edcio de habita\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva de cinco pisos do lado direito.<\/p><p>Manteve-se a ideia de um telhado de duas \u00e1guas com algeroz, resultando num melhor enquadramento e relacionamento com os edif\u00edcios vizinhos, assim como uma geometriza\u00e7\u00e3o mais perfeita do telhado relativamente \u00e0 \u00e1rea dispon\u00edvel e esconsa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c824b42 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c824b42\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Foram criadas 2 fra\u00e7\u00f5es duplex, encaixadas entre si como que dois L\u2019s se tratassem, isto \u00e9, a fra\u00e7\u00e3o T3 ocupa todo o r\u00e9s-do-ch\u00e3o, abrangendo o logradouro (\u00e1rea descoberta), e metade do 1\u00ba andar.<\/p><p>A outra fra\u00e7\u00e3o T2 ocupa metade do 1\u00ba andar e todo o 2\u00ba andar.<\/p><p>Este projeto Elias Garcia foi muito mais do que o respeito pelo edificado e seu enquadramento hist\u00f3rico \u2013 foi, acima de tudo, uma valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o importante do edificado existente, um melhoramento das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida dos futuros habitantes e elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de incongru\u00eancias arquitet\u00f3nicas, mesmo sendo classificadas como edif\u00edcio ou zonas hist\u00f3ricas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A renova\u00e7\u00e3o urbana \u00e9 essencial \u00e0 sobreviv\u00eancia das \u00e1reas urbanas antigas, o que s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel com boas solu\u00e7\u00f5es de arquitetura de cada um dos edif\u00edcios, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a um todo edificado.<\/p><p>Com esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o de renova\u00e7\u00e3o urbana, a Metathesis, retirou do patrim\u00f3nio habitacional de Almada um ed\u00edcio em ruinas para nele edificar um im\u00f3vel consistente. Este \u00e9 adequado a duas fam\u00edlias jovens urbanas que ir\u00e3o consumir em Almada, ter os seus filhos em Almada e aproveitar a qualidade de vida que esta cidade proporciona aos jovens
