They include a kitchen, furniture and appliances such as<br \/>washer\/dryer, refrigerator, microwave and more.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On the other hand, these modern apartments are only 10 minutes away from the center of Lisbon, using the surface metro (1 minute walk), bus or boat. In addition, there is proximity to the university campus of Almada, leisure areas. These include the Parque da Paz (2 mins on foot) or the new Romeira Market (3 mins on foot). Similarly the beaches of Costa da Caparica are another attraction of these friendly lofts. The lofts are ideal for students or teachers who are relocating.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The building, composed of 8 lofts, is the rebirth of a workers&#8217; patio from the industrial era of the 1940s\/50s. In the spaces where the luxurious rooms are located, families of workers from the nearby factories were housed at that time.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Although times have changed, the need for small spaces, but with all the comfort one can expect from a Metathesis product, are still recent.
